vascular disease, announced today that Joseph Gersuk, Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer, will not be able to present at
the RBC Capital Markets Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, March 2,
2011, due to minor injuries sustained in a recent accident.
"While Joe remains able to fulfill his daily responsibilities as CFO, he
recently sustained minor injuries in an accident that prevent him from

development combined with a scheduling conflict that prevents my
participation leads us to cancel our scheduled presentation at the RBC
healthcare conference."
