(Nasdaq: ANGO) today announced the Company has become aware that it has been added to a patent infringement suit originally filed by VNUS Medical Technologies, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against Diomed, Inc., by the filing of an amended complaint alleging infringement by the AngioDynamic's VenaCure™ products.
