AngioDynamics Announces Pricing of Public OfferingQUEENSBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 2004--AngioDynamics, Inc. (Nasdaq:ANGO), a subsidiary of E-Z-EM, Inc. (AMEX:EZM), today announced its public offering of 1,950,000 shares of common stock at a price of $11.00 per share. RBC Capital Markets served as lead manager and sole book-running manager, and Adams Harkness and Hill acted as co-manager. AngioDynamics has granted to the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 292,500 shares of common stock to cover over-allotment. The shares will be listed on The Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "ANGO."
