Keltjens, JanPresident and CEO, Director -
President and Chief Executive officer Jan Keltjens joined AngioDynamics on March 1, 2009. Born and raised in the Netherlands, Mr. Keltjens has a master's degree in physics from the University of Eindhoven and more than 20 years of successful medical industry leadership experience. Mr. Keltjens most recently served as President and CEO of CryoCath Technologies Inc. a leader in cryotherapy products for treating cardiac arrhythmias that was recently acquired by Medtronic Inc. before joining AngioDynamics. He also previously served in various leadership positions at Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson company, including Worldwide General Manager of Cordis Neurovascular. He first joined Cordis in 1995 as Vice President and Managing Director responsible for international manufacturing and distribution operations, as well as research and development. He was promoted to Vice President of European Marketing and Vice President of Worldwide Strategic Marketing for Cordis Cardiology. Before joining Cordis, Mr. Keltjens led research and development departments at Unilever and was Managing Director of a group of small high tech companies.

Gersuk, JosephExecutive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer -
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer D. Joseph Gersuk is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, directing financial strategy and providing strategic input and leadership on opportunities for Company growth. Mr. Gersuk has more than 25 years of experience as a senior financial executive, having served as CFO of emerging technology companies, including publicly traded MapInfo Corporation, DataEase Sapphire International and Staveley NDT Technologies. His background includes financial expertise in mergers and acquisitions, working capital management, treasury, regulatory accounting and reporting, and implementation of strong internal controls. Mr. Gersuk holds an M.B.A., finance from American University and a B.S. from the United State Naval Academy. He is an active community leader, currently serving as trustee and chairman of the board for Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, N.Y., and previously as trustee and treasurer of the Albany Academy for Girls. Mr. Gersuk also served as Director and audit committee Chair for American Bio Medica Corporation from 2002-03.

Appling, WilliamSenior Vice President, Advanced Research -
Advanced Research Senior Vice President William M. Appling leads the continual development of AngioDynamics' products and oversees the Company's intellectual property portfolio. Mr. Appling has previously served as AngioDynamics' senior vice president, research and development; vice president, research; and vice president, product development, as well as in other product development capacities since joining the Company when AngioDynamics was a division of E-Z-EM, Inc. in 1988. Prior to that, Mr. Appling was a product development engineer with the North American Instrument Corporation and a product development engineer with the Edwards Division of American Hospital Supply Corporation.

Mapes, HaroldSenior Vice President, Operations -
As Senior Vice President, Operations, Harold C. Mapes is responsible for overseeing materials management, production, distribution and general management of AngioDynamics' five facilities. Mr. Mapes joined AngioDynamics in 1992 as a product development project manager. He also has served as the Company's director of operations, and more recently as vice president, operations. Before joining AngioDynamics, Mr. Mapes held product development and supervisory manufacturing and engineering positions from 1988 to 1992 with Mallinckrodt Medical, a medical device manufacturer, and from 1985-88 he held quality and manufacturing management positions with medical device start-up National Standard Medical Products. He has a M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Tri-State University.

McCarthy, ShawnSenior Vice President, General Manager -
Senior Vice President/General Manager Shawn McCarthy joined AngioDynamics in August 2009 bringing extensive global product management, marketing and sales knowledge in important therapeutic areas. Mr. McCarthy has more than 19 years of medical device commercial experience, including the previous ten years at Johnson & Johnson. He began his career at Johnson & Johnson in 1998, as a product director for Cordis Corporation. He has held sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately leading to his most recent role as Vice President of Marketing at Cordis for their Endovascular and Cardiology divisions. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Mr. McCarthy was the Senior Global Product Manager for the Respiratory Division of Sunrise Medical. He earned both his Bachelor degree in Economics and Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.

McGill, StephenSenior Vice President and General Manager, International -
Senior Vice President and General Manager, International, Stephen McGill joined AngioDynamics in November 2009. Based in Europe, Mr. McGill is using his in-depth knowledge of the global healthcare industry to lead AngioDynamics' expansion of its international business. Mr. McGill previously served as a Principal at AEM Global, a consulting firm specializing in developing market opportunities worldwide for medical device companies. He worked at American Medical Systems for eight years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Sales. Mr. McGill has also held leadership roles with Bolton Medical, Boston Scientific, Stryker UK, Wesley Jessen (a division of Schering Plough) and Allergen. He attended Anniesland College in Glasgow.

Wallace, LyndaSenior Vice President, Business Development -
Senior Vice President of Business Development, Lynda Wallace joined AngioDynamics in May of 2010, bringing with her extensive corporate development and general management experience. Ms. Wallace's principal responsibilities are corporate strategic planning, licensing and acquisitions, and high-level portfolio management. Prior to joining AngioDynamics, Ms. Wallace spent twenty years with Johnson & Johnson, most recently as Worldwide Vice President of the Topical Health Care franchise. Her previous positions included: Vice President of Business Development for the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices and Diagnostics sector; Vice President, US and Worldwide Marketing for Cordis Endovascular; Vice President, Business Development, for Cordis Corporation; and Director of Business Development for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Additionally, Ms. Wallace is a Co-founder and Director of the Abangoh Children's Project, a not-for-profit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of orphaned children in Cameroon, Africa. She has a B.A. in Political Philosophy from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
