DeVivo, JosephPresident and Chief Executive Officer -
President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph DeVivo joined AngioDynamics in September 2011, bringing with him the track record and leadership expertise to help AngioDynamics capitalize on its full potential. Previously, Mr. DeVivo was CEO and President of RITA Medical Systems where he transitioned it from an ablation company to the leader in medical device oncology. AngioDynamics acquired RITA in 2006, and its products formed much of AngioDynamics' Oncology/Surgery division, which has been a key driver of the Company's growth. Mr. DeVivo most recently served as Global President of Smith & Nephew Orthopedics, where he successfully led its $2 billion global orthopedics business to record growth. Prior to RITA Medical Systems, Mr. DeVivo served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Computer Motion Incorporation (CMI), leading a turnaround and successful merger with Intuitive Surgical, Inc. Mr. DeVivo previously served as Vice President and General Manager of a $350 million division of TYCO International's Healthcare Business, U.S. Surgical/Davis and Geck Sutures, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, research and development, and finance in its vascular business. During his nine-year tenure at U.S. Surgical, he held various management positions related to sales and marketing, supervising numerous product launches and implementing new sales and marketing strategies. Mr. DeVivo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the E. Clairborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.

Frost, MarkExecutive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer -
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mark Frost joined AngioDynamics in November 2012, bringing more than 25 years of global financial, administrative and operational experience, and a strong background in the healthcare industry. Prior to AngioDynamics, Mr. Frost most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Administration of Albany Molecular Research Inc. He also served five years as vice president of finance at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, a global medical device division of Smith & Nephew, before joining AMRI. Mr. Frost also spent 14 years with General Electric where he last served as Chief Financial Officer of Groupe Sovac Auto Financial Services based in Paris, France. During his career, Mark built experience directing Corporate Development, IT, Communications, Legal and a variety of other mission critical functions, making him a well-versed leader with world-class financial and operational skills. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations/Economics, graduating Cum Laude with Honors in Economics, from Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y., as well as completed INSEAD's global executive program.

Bourne, GeorgeSenior Vice President and Chief Technology & Operations Officer -
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology & Operations Officer George Bourne joined AngioDynamics in May 2012, bringing more than 25 years of experience in developing products in global medical device companies. Mr. Bourne served as Senior Vice President of R&D and Clinical Affairs for Navilyst Medical from its formation in early 2008 until November 2011. His tenure was defined by focused portfolio development and the commercialization of new products. Most recently, Mr. Bourne served as VP of R&D at Hologic. Previously, he spent 10 years at Boston Scientific as Vice President, R&D, of the Urology, Meditech and Oncology business units and then as Group Vice President, R&D, for the endosurgery business group. Mr. Bourne, who earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Science and Master of Science in Plastics Engineering from the University of Lowell, in addition to his MBA from Rivier College in Nashua, N.H., also served in leadership positions at Baxter Healthcare, Allegiance Healthcare and C.R. Bard.

Mazzarese, Louis Senior Vice President and Chief Regulatory Officer -
Senior Vice President and Chief Regulatory Officer Louis J. Mazzarese joined AngioDynamics in October 2012 bringing more than 40 years of medical device and pharmaceutical experience, including driving strategic planning and professional development within the industry through his consulting practice. Mr. Mazzarese's previous experience includes serving as Chief Regulatory Officer and Vice President, Corporate Regulatory Affairs for Edwards Lifesciences; Vice President of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at Tyco Healthcare; and Vice President of Quality and Regulatory/Clinical Affairs at U.S. Surgical Corporation. Earlier in his career, he gained management experience at Pfizer-Shiley, Squibb Corporation, Ciba-Giegy, American McGaw and International Pharmaceutical Products. Additionally, Mr. Mazzarese, who has a B.S. and M.S. in chemistry from Wagner College in Staten Island, N.Y., is past President and Chairman of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and a co-founder of the Association of Disposable Device Manufacturers.

Kapusta, MatthewSenior Vice President of Business Development -
Senior Vice President of Business Development Matthew Kapusta joined AngioDynamics in November 2011 as a seasoned executive who has advised on more than 50 transactions valued at over $6 billion. While most recently serving as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis for Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, he formed the Business Intelligence and Analytics team responsible for developing data-driven insights and understanding business performance. Mr. Kapusta also spearheaded strategic and financial planning for Smith & Nephew's global Hips, Knees and Trauma franchises. Prior to Smith & Nephew, Mr. Kapusta was a Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at Collins Stewart in New York City. He also previously served as Vice President of Healthcare Mergers and Acquisitions at Wells Fargo Securities, and had similar roles at Robertson Stephens and PaineWebber. Mr. Kapusta earned a BBA in Finance, Accounting, from the University of Michigan and has an MBA in Finance, Business Management, from New York University.

McGill, StephenSenior Vice President and General Manager, International -
Senior Vice President and General Manager, International, Stephen McGill joined AngioDynamics in November 2009. Based in Europe, Mr. McGill is using his in-depth knowledge of the global healthcare industry to lead AngioDynamics' expansion of its international business. Mr. McGill previously served as a Principal at AEM Global, a consulting firm specializing in developing market opportunities worldwide for medical device companies. He worked at American Medical Systems for eight years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Sales. Mr. McGill has also held leadership roles with Bolton Medical, Boston Scientific, Stryker UK, Wesley Jessen (a division of Schering Plough) and Allergen. He attended Anniesland College in Glasgow.

Senior Vice President, Administration, Mark Stephens joined AngioDynamics in January 2013 bringing 20 years of human resources experience honed in high technology, automotive and industrial fields. Prior to joining AngioDynamics, Mr. Stephens most recently led the global human resources organization for the 4,000-employee Smith and Nephew Orthopaedics, where he drove organizational development strategies that supported the company’s global growth, talent management and total rewards. Before joining Smith and Nephew, Mr. Stephens held the position of Vice-President, Human Resources, at Ingersoll Rand Corporation, a $15 billion diversified industrial company, and served as Director of talent management with the Robert Bosch Corporation, a €51 billion automotive supplier with more than 200,000 employees worldwide. He holds a MBA in Human Resources from Murray State University and a BS, Business administration with a concentration in Economics and finance from the University of Tennessee.

Senior Vice President, Global Franchise, Peripheral Vascular, John Soto was appointed in September 2012. Mr. Soto has an expansive background spanning from sales and marketing to international markets and regulatory environments, as well as finance and operations. Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Smith & Nephew's Global Hip Franchise. Mr. Soto is the former Senior Vice President of Global Sales for AngioDynamics — a role that he took on after the Company's acquisition of RITA Medical Systems in 2007, where he had served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Vice President of International Operations. Prior to joining RITA, he gained leadership experience at Computer Motion, Tyco Healthcare and U.S. Surgical. Mr. Soto graduated from the British Royal Navy with a degree in electronic engineering and has a diploma in medical marketing from the University of California at Los Angeles, Calif.

Senior Vice President and General Manager, U.S., Alan Panzer joined AngioDynamics in September 2011 bringing with him more than 20 years of industry experience, including broad executive leadership at multiple surgical device and vascular organizations. Mr. Panzer most recently served as President & CEO of DeVilbiss Healthcare, where he successfully executed the challenging refocusing of the organization, leading to a turnaround of the company and profitability. Prior to DeVilbiss, Mr. Panzer was President of United States Surgical & Valleylab, now a business unit of Covidien, where annual revenue grew from $550 million to $1.2 billion during his tenure. He also has served as a member of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation Board. Mr. Panzer earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from St. John's University in New York.

Senior Vice President, Global Franchise, Oncology/Surgery, Rick Stark's tenure with AngioDynamics has been distinguished by his dedicated leadership and ability to drive the Company's Oncology/Surgery products. He began his 12-year career with the Company as a District Sales Manager with RITA Medical in 1999, which was acquired by AngioDynamics in 2007, and most recently served as AngioDynamics' Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Oncology/Surgery Division. Mr. Stark has been instrumental in the research and development, and commercialization of the division's portfolio. Prior to joining RITA, he spent several years in field sales roles at Woodside Biomedical and Arrow/Teleflex. He has a Bachelor's in Psychology from California State University of Chico in Chico, Calif.

Vice President of Human Resources Mary Cregut joined AngioDynamics in April 2010, bringing more than 20 years of progressive experience in human resources and business operations. In her role, Ms. Cregut is responsible for setting the strategy for organizational planning, development and all facets of the employment cycle. Prior to joining AngioDynamics, Ms. Cregut was Director of Operations and Human Resources at ReQuest Inc. Before that she provided leadership to the HR function at the Center for Disability Services, a 2,200 employee organization in Albany for 15 years. Ms. Cregut has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y.

Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Lorraine Hanley joined AngioDynamics in May 2012 bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs. Prior to joining the Company, she served as Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs at Navilyst Medical, which AngioDynamics acquired in May 2012. Before Navilyst Medical, Ms. Hanley gained regulatory leadership experience at Boston Scientific, where she held progressive positions at the corporate regulatory and divisional levels. Ms. Hanley's experience also includes more than 10 years in management consulting. She has Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, both in Boston, Mass.

Vice President of Quality Tom Ireland joined AngioDynamics in May 2012, bringing 20 years of quality leadership and engineering experience. Prior to joining the Company, he was Director of Quality Assurance at Navilyst Medical, which AngioDynamics acquired in May 2012. He also worked for Boston Scientific in the Oncology and Urology/Gynecology business units, with his tenure highlighted by roles of increasing responsibility within the quality function. Mr. Ireland, who gained early quality and engineering experience with Bausch & Lomb, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H.
