On August 11, 2020, Kevin Gould announced his intention to retire from his position as a director on the Board of Directors of AngioDyanmics, Inc. (the “Company”),
effective as of the date of the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, which is currently scheduled for October 13, 2020. Mr. Gould’s retirement was not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Gould and the Company on any matter
relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
